I just got introduced to the plugin and i downloaded the EZD2 and trying the demo. I has the impression that what i purchase was actually a plugin and not a expansion to a plugin, so i purchase something i am unable to use. how can i get my money back. These things must be made clear and your Youtube needs to be updated with information on your products so that more people don’t feel like they are been rippied off.

Dear Toontrack Support,
I need to change my products to my new email adress.
Currently, I cannot login in my account anymore, which is linked to my old email adress.
Since several months, I use the Toontrack Product Manger Tool. Until now, there was now need to change my account. In the meantime, I have forgotten my password. Therefore, I have no chance to change my email adress for myself within my account.
Because of no direct Support contact via email, I have to create a second account with my new email adress. Today, I have used the support contact and hope to get feedback.
Currently, I cannot use my toontrack products on my new DAW system.
I looking forward to your feedback.

Why is it so hard to send an email to customer service. Wow. Really? That’s a lot of time wasted when this option should be supplied with a click of a button. Not impressed.
On another note. What’s with the password security? My bank isn’t have as uptight. I enter my usual password that includes an upper case, lower case, a number and a symbol. Why is that enough for my banking and every other website password i use, but its not secure enough for Toontrack. As a result i need to invent another password that I’m sure to forget and will have to go thru the ‘forgot password’ process. Seriously. Consider that time is valuable and respect your clients. Not impressed.

I NEED ASSISTANCE…
I use a PC running Windows 10 64 bit. My DAW is Mixcraft 8 Studio Pro. I have other Toontrack products, like EZMix one and 2 and they run fine.
I bought Superior Drummer 2 (full package) privately and attempted to install it. It appeared to install. BUT…I can’t register it, the numbers I have are ‘invalid’ and I can’t access it on my icon screen. AND it doesn’t appear in my Mixcraft list of effects> I NEED HELP!!
