I’m hoping there is a solution to this issue using EZDrummer 2 in Standalone with the new Dance EXZ. A piano Roll in a DAW works fine since you can control note length.
When using one of the new sustaining type instruments in the Dance EZX, for example in the Instrument Group, if I use the Amount Knob in Edit Play Style, these notes do not sustain at all. They are staccato. Is there a workaround? Is this a limitation? If so, can a Dev conciser looking into it and possibly patch it up? As you know, the amount knob in EZD2 is the saving grace for the non-Piano-Rollers.
Also when using these same instruments in Tap2Find, the CTI is bugging out. It’s still doing it’s job, but visually it’s on 20 Red Bulls.
Thanks for your time.

Yes, sorry, this is a limitation at the moment – Amount, Power Hand and Opening Hit in Edit Play Style do not work in any useful way with these instruments.
What do you mean by “CTI”?

“At The Moment” sounds like someone might be trying to figure it out on your end.
The Playhead or Current Time Indicator. That might be old Pro Tools lingo, I’ve been saying it for a while.
Thank you, Olof.
