Hi hat triggering ghost sound

Hi. I downloaded free trial and am having an issue with the hi hat peddle which – along with the proper open/close sounds – is somehow triggering one of the three snare articulations. I’ve located the problem: how can I mute midi channel C#1 (37) which is assigned to the cross stick? Other than this problem, I am amazed at how well all of the pads instantly line up to the ezdrummer2.

I am using Roland V-Drums TD-10.

Have you selected the Roland preset from the E-drum menu?

Yes

Any kind of reassignment of MIDI notes has to be done in the TD-10.
