I don|t notice any difference at all when calibrating my hihat or when I select a different “openness transitions” option in the hihat settings tab, do I need to save the project and restart SD3? The calibration used to move the dots according to my hihat input but now it doesn’t do anything….
Hi,
please update to 3.2.8 and report back here if you still have problems. I suspect that your issue is not tied to SD3 but please start with the update.

Hi,
I updated to 3.2.8, still the same the new hihat settings doesn’t seem to affect the response of my digital hihat roland VH-14D.
Hi, I just double-checked and everything is working as intended with the VH-14 in Superior Drummer 3.2.8. At default the VH-14 and TD-50x output CC4 between 0 and 127 so calibration is not required. The different Openness Transitions are all working as expected. The Openness presets will move the dots but Openness Transitions (which affects the way the engine behaves) do not.
