I’ve downloaded, installed, authorized and updated all the latest updates on my brand new install of EZ2 on my PC and when I click the desktop icon, it doesn’t load and it first came up with a send error message, which I sent and now when I click it, it doesn’t do anything. I’ve rebooted, I have Windows 7 and required specs. Could someone help me fix this please?
Hi,
could you please attach a screen shot of the Installation info tab in Product Manager? You have to Show Details of the EZdrummer 2 Product first.
And there is no error message appearing when you double-click the Desktop shortcut icon?
Which version is it supposed to launch, the 32-bit or 64-bit version?
Is there any difference if you locate the actual app instead of using the shortcut?
BR,
John

Hi John, Thanks for your help…
It’s the 32-bit and nothing happens when I click the desktop, startup tab or even the toontrack folder that was installed. Please see attached, is this what you require? (I’ve blanked out serial number and email for privacy)
Anyone else able to provide help with this?
This is turning into a disaster purchase!
Hi,
sorry for the delay. Re-installing is OK.
Did you not install the 64-bit version? If you did, does it launch? If not, make sure you install both when you re-install.
Did you perform any kind of Customization?
This is what my installation info looks like:

Could someone let me know what I am to do at this point of the install?
I’ve downloaded Product Manager and downloaded exdrummer with all new updates etc.
What do I do now????
John or Support, could you please advise me as to what I have to do from this point? (see picture-I’ve also attached a pic of the successful product download 32-bit)
All I got in the box was a fold out card with a serial number and instructions to download product manager and then ez drummer2. I’ve followed this twice now and EZ Drummer does nothing when I click on the desktop icon or click the app itself.
Shouldn’t it be loading straight up now? What else do I have to do? (My PC is Windows 7, has plenty of spare gb to load this and is a 32 bit processor)
Hi,
I can see you have re-downloaded and de-Authorized.
Did you start over installing again?
When you run the installers from the Product Manager, do you Default install everything?
And there are no error messages?
