WHICH IS IDENTICAL TO THE EMAIL EARLIER.

Yea I was charged 2x for EZ drummer 3 and never received a confirmation email, or the product serial number. but my bank statement shows they took 172 dollars 2x.
this is very frustrating, I dont have an extra 172 to be unexpectedly taken out of my bank account.
