Was the last contact I had from Toontrack. Two support tickets unanswered, download speed issue unresolved. Had to engage another persons set up to get something remotely approaching workable. Bought ez Drummer onrelease, Superior Drummer, SD2, SD3 on release, C&V (now unusable in SD3 with no upgrade path), even an ezx. “Good luck with your troubles”.
I generally have little malice, at least it’s short lived, but as a working musician/composer/engineer to a company that purports to ‘have my back’, I hope it all goes as it should. There are so many great examples of companies that respect their paying beta testers (customers), and have great success and integrity. You are not among them.
