Thanked by: Todd MurphyHi,
from what I can see in your logs, you have authorized 3 different computers over a period of 5 days the last week and now you need more?
The Auth system is not meant to work that way, so I think you need to contact Support directly.

You should be able to remove an old authorization from the Toontrack Product Manager. If not, please let me know what specific product you need authorization removed for.

Thanked by: Antonio Martinstoontracks says free up slots.
For which product? If you have 2 active authorizations at the same time and want another, you’ll need to remove one of the active ones to authorize a new computer. You can only have 2 active at one time.
You can do this from the Toontrack Product Manager.

Please see the Product Manager walk-through video. Check the 5:41 mark for using the authorization tab and how to remove active authorizations.

I cannot find anywhere to free up slots. Please help!
You can see your currently active product authorizations from the Authorization tab for each product in your Toontrack Product Manager. You can then remove an active authorization and authorize a new computer from there
