I just purchased the EXkeys small upright piano and on the on track homepage (and in the store) it says you can chose (get an) an extra free EXkeys extension, but I´ve looked for several hours and I can´t find it.
Yes, they told me that EXkeys small upright piano is excluded for a free expansion, which seem very strong to me because is says on their page buy “any EZkeys and you get a free…” and they even say it on the page of EZkeys small upright.
I also had the same question on the promotion “BUY any EZKEYS-GET ONE FREE SOUND EXPANSION” !!!
I just purchased EZKeys small upright piano but never had that option 🙁 whether it was just marketing to mislead and attract customers or some error in check out I don’t know, but I would like an answer from ToonTrack as to why we were excluded from it? !!!

My guess is that the EZleys small upright was a Black Friday special and thus offered as a greatly discounted deal already. And then, at the bottom of the Black Friday page, it says this:
Purchases of the EZkeys Small Upright will not grant a free Sound Expansion during the course of the Black Friday Week promotions.
Well I looked for such a statement like “Purchases of the EZkeys Small Upright will not grant a free Sound Expansion during the course of the Black Friday Week promotions.” but it isn’t there. But I still can find these
Anyways it is misleading to advertise the free expansion,because even when you try to buy EZKeys at their regular price then add on an expansion,at the checkout it doesn’t even mention it as free (at least before you make the payment) !!! I wish it would be more transparent so it would be more EZPurchase 😉 !!!
