a few days ago i finally bought ezkeys, after checking it out for a few months!

toontrack seems like a very solid company!
i do have ideas of how to further improve this product though!
but let´s start with what i first noticed when checking out the forums!
how come all of the sections for your products are for “pre-sales only”?
i realize that you want those sections and i wouldn´t want them removed, but i find it unbelievable that there are not also sections for all of your products “after-sale”!?
you could, for example, set it up so that only registred users have access to the “after-sales” forum sections!?
(i´m new here and i haven´t spent that much time in these forums yet, so i guess i could miss the obvious here and i really hope i do, but if not…)
Yes, there are ‘after sales’ forums for registered users. If you registered to the forums using the same email address as the email address you registered your Toontrsck product with, you should have support forum access. If not, please see this post:
