Years ago I got a toontrack product as a gift from a relative.. used her billing info..
now there is no way to change my account name from “Donna”
also under “My account > my info”
It says “From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details”.
Where is this elusive “dashboard”
when I clich the Edit link, all I can edit is my name and password.. is this the the “Dashboard” ?
Editing my name there does nothing to change my account name.. nor does changing shipping or billing info.
