    yeah, very fun indeed, but my only problem with it is that when i go to customize the drumbeats in protools, when i add new hits for some reason the volume is dramtically lower, i dont understand why…

    Check the velocity. You can specify in the Preferences in PT the velocity you want when you pencil in notes.

    There are tons of tutorials out there.
    Regarding Pro Tools – I wish I could help you out – but I’m not really a “Pro Tooler”
    But I agree with stubsound: check the velocity and work you way up from there
