FAO Toontrack support (Double purchase).

I purchased Modern PopRock EZmix on the 16/04/10 and registered it.
Unfortunately I was in the Toontrack site yesterday to order another product and also re ordered PopRock again.
Is it possible to allow me to cancel the second copy of PopRock and take another EZmix in it’s place.
