I bought superior drummer 3 today and After paying I didn’t received any email with details and an order number? I didn’t received any serial number and in product manager it doesn’t says that I have the program.
What’s happening? The money has been drawn from my bank account….
Please help.
I’ve contacted Toontrack and it seems they’re is an issue with their payment provider in their webshop. I’ve been advised to say:
“please contact Toontrack Support from webforn in the FAQ below and ask for a refund. When refunded, please use PayPal and repurchase.”
