    Hi,

    please make sure that you are updated, by using the Product Manager.
    If you are, I suspect some kind of permission problem.
    Could you please specify which OS you are using?
    Are you using the 32-bit Standalone or the 64-bit? Which version of the plugin in Cubase Elements?

    I use Windows 10 64-bit. All programs are up to date.
    I will check he permission Status.
