The various mixer presets in EZ Drummer 2 have effects applied sort of “invisibly”… there is compression, eq, etc. going on in many or most presets and there is sometimes NOT any knob or any adjustment you can make in the mixer to adjust them. I’d like to know if opening an EZX kit mixer preset in SD3 will allow me to see and/or tweak all of the parameters, particularly those that are hidden in EZ Drummer 2.
No, the EZXs load the same in S3 as in EZX albeit with different layouts and knobs and such.

Thanks. So could I still use the SD3 effects on a per channel basis? Basically use the SD3 mixer features against all the EZX mixer channels?

Of course. You can use the S3 mixer effects as well. You can also use the multi out routing in EZD2/S3 to send channels to your DAW and use your DAW plugins.
