EZrummer 2 Upgrade wont download from Toontracks

Purchased the 99.00 EZ Drummer 2 upgrade from the toontracks site.
(EZ Drummer installed allready and running great). All registered. Tried downloading several times and on the 5th try it showed success. I extracted it to a folder VST Plugins. Started the 32 bit EXE (my machine is Win 7 Ultimate 32 bit) and part of the way through it comes up ERROR: 1311.Source file not found.. It points to my data cab and says to verify that the file exists and that you can access it. WTF? Can I get a disk?DJ
