EZMix or/and build in Mixer in e.g. Studio One

Hi, I’ve been using Studio One for a couple of monhs together with EZDrums2. I recently purchased EZMix, mainly because of the Mastering presets and a couple of ready made fx-chains for vocals et al. Here comes my question: Is EZ-mix meant to replace all the fx available in e.g.Studio One? I.e. record everything dry from start, than activate EZ-mix? Or should I fix and mix until I’m satisfied in ...
