EZMix Modern Pop/Rock: Collapse of the State demo

Hi,

Is it just me or does the Collapse of the State demo in Allen Morgan’s Modern Pop/Rock EZMix pack pump like crazy? (pump as in volume going up and down due to the compressor settings, not pump as in ‘it rocks’).

I have and love EZMix, but I don’t think this is a very good demo at all – it sounds horrible to me. And it’s actually quite a rocking song, this ain’t doing it justice.

Just a thought..

Why did you even post that? I’m confused, it seems you were being sarcy but I’m not sure why…

If you have a lot of time on your hands why not listen to the track I was talking about and let me know what you think.

yeah it sounds super compressed to me…maybe it just doesn’t suit my tastes. I just thought if it gets to the point where you can hear the compressors pumping that it’s maybe over compressed, but I guess it could be subjective.

This music is not something I listen to. So I can’t compare the pre-set demo to any other well known tracks in this genre.
