EZMIX ID’s not matching.

I have been trying to authorize ezmix2 on my computer.. I have toontrack already on here and have had it on here for quite some time.. When I try to authorize the metal bundle pack for ezmix that I just purchased, when I paste the number to authorize it it says invalid. I looked at the serial numbers on the site compared to what it shows in the authorization screen and they are different ?????? what in the world ?

its authorized on the website yes.. but when I try to authorize it on the stand alone, it just denies it.. the serial number on the site doesn’t match the serial number on the authorization request screen, i can screen shot it so u see what im saying.

In offline authorizations, it is asking for your EZmix serial number. It should be EZM2-CET2-WZVR-AGXD-(XXXX). Not the Metal Guitar Gods serial number.

that didn’t work.. i just tried it.. took the bottom green highlighted box authorization code from ezmix2 and it just says enter a valid auth code.. i think its cus the serial numbers aren’t matching.

I also deleted that pic as you don’t want serial numbers floating around. I needed to see it but no one else should.

i hear ya, appreciate it. I didn’t wanna post it either but I have toontrack products prior to this and I believe everything was matched up.. this serial number doesn’t match the serial in which everything else relates too. It can’t be typed in or changed. It’s hardware written I guess I dunno. I already looked over the forum quite in depth and can’t quite find anything to solve this.

i been tackling this issue for about 3 hours.. I did go back and try the GG authorization code for the online and it didn’t work.. gives the server not responding error. tried the ezmix serial on the online.. same. tried both for offline as well and same.

uninstalled the software, reinstalled but the serial stays the same. I don’t know how to wipe it clean or if thats possible and do a fresh install.. I have no clue how to do any of that.

What the Offline Authorizations is asking for, and what you need to input is the EZmix 2 SERIAL NUMBER. The green box is the Authorizations code. See pic.
