    Hi,

I am not following; the Claps Percussion pad is mapped to ‘C#-2#’ i.e. note #1. The Snare Sidestick is mapped to ‘C#1’, i.e. note #37.
With regards to the Percussion Pads, please see:

Hi, I own a Ezdrummer 2 and i´m creating Midi files from my Ez Vintage kit and then i use it in muy Beat Buddy Pedal, the problem comes because some of the sounds are not recognice by the Drum kits of the Pedal. I´m thinking to buy a Post Rock complete kit but i have some cuestions and i need aswers before.

Firts: Can i remap the default midi keys of the drums ( I´m use it with my keyboard)? (If i can do these i just chek and not mapping the sounds that the Beat Buddy pedal don´t recognice). There is some Sonar app or something for that no? If nothing of these is not posible i can buy a Superior drummer 2 and remap all the midi keys but i know how to use the EZ2 and i love the song creator and tap2find that i need now.

Second: there is a posibility to create an new drum kit in muy Beat Buddy pedal by the app but for that i need all the wav files of each instrument and as i saw the drum kits in EZdrummer 2 is in a not open pack. If i pay for these drum kit i sould have the cahce to use it as i need it no? How can i find these wav files in the Post-Rock EZX pack or in the default vintage or moderm.

Third: Can i use all the featrues of the Post-Rock EZX packet in the Superior Drummer 2?

    Thanks for answering…

I think that you’re confusing sample libraries and virtual instruments. EZDrummer is a virtual instrument, not just a collection of samples.
and I think that you’ll find that the description for each EZDrummer EZX expansion sound library states that it “REQUIRES EZDRUMMER”.

Like almost every other virtual instrument on the market,
EZDrummer EZX sound libraries can only be used within the Toontrack drum products, EZDrummer & SuperiorDrummer.
They can’t be used in Addictive Drums, SessionDrummer or StudioDrummer. LIkewise, AddictiveDrums libraries can’t be played by EZDrummer.

    Hi,

re-mapping MIDI notes in EZdrummer 2 is not possible. Superior 2 can re-map all drums and their different articulations but I am not sure it will help the way you wish to use the EZdrummer 2 Song creator and exporting MIDI to use with your Beat Buddy.
If I understand you correctly, you would need to:
create the Song in EZdrummer 2, export the MIDI to a DAW (like Sonar) and transpose the notes your Beat Buddy can’t play back correctly, check that it plays back as intended with a custom MIDI mapping in Superior 2 and then export the MIDI to your Beat Buddy.

All EZX:s can be loaded in Superior 2, so the Post-Rock EZX can be loaded, yes.
As with any library, you can re-map MIDI notes with EZX:s in Superior 2 but you will lose the compatibility with Toontrack MIDI grooves when you do.
