Hi
A few weeks ago I had downloaded the 10 day demo of EZDrummer2 and it worked fine and I loved it.
So, I bought and just installed the EZDrummer2 upgrade (Had EZDrummer1).
Now, the individual drums sound fine on clicking them with the mouse, but when I click on Browser and play the Demo or things from the library, I get no sound.
The marker next to the play button on the demo moves likes it’s playing it, but no sound from my speakers.
Went back to the Drums tab, and again they sound fine there.
I must be doing something wrong here but can’t figure it out.

Please also include your system specifications: OS, host, hardware, etc.

Here is a shot of the speaker properties Advanced tab.
I am running Windows 8 on a new Lenovo PC
Keep in mind that the EZDrummer2 10 day Demo I downloaded a few weeks ago worked fine on this computer

I hadn’t heard back from you, but as an update, I saw on my account that there were Updates to the libraries and EXDrummer2. I installed them, and now the sounds in the library play! But….they didn’t quite sound right. I saw there was also an update on My Products for the Pop/Rock EZX. I downloaded it, and when I attempted to install it I got an error message saying “Your library seems damaged. You will need to re-install the full product before applying this update”.
Could a problem with the library have been the issue all along? Can I uninstall EZDrummer2 on my PC and then re-install it without losing another authorizations?
