Hello
both in EZD2 and SD3 I see many grooves shown with a yellow exclamation mark: they are NOT present in the Toontrack/EZDrummer/Midi folder as well as in the Browser section of EZD2, but I can see them in the Toontrack/EZDrummer/Database folder.
They are duplicates of grooves that I already have , coming from previous midi installations, other grooves are not wanted now in my list.
In EZD2 I see the grooves with the exclamation mark in the filters area of the Search section.
In SD3 I see them in the Grooves section with “no active filters”
1) What can I do in order to not see them ???
2) What happens if I click on Menu > Advanced > Restore Factory MIDI Database in EZD2 and Restore MIDI library in SD3?
In EZD2 I have set the Database & Midi folders on an external Hard Disk. Will the program delete only that database folder ? Please let me know
See attached screenshots
Problem Solved !
Selecting Menu > Advanced > Restore Factory Midi on EZD and SD the grooves with the exclamation marks have been deleted from the Search area !
Hi,
good that you’re sorted now, that is the first thing to try in such a case.
