EZDrummer Serial Number already registered to a different user?

I don’t understand how this could happen. I bought the product in the VSSD box, but was given an electronically generated serial number from the clerk. I can’t activate EZDrummer! The support portal is down, as in, when I try to post a support ticket I get a webpage error.

When I try to register the serial number it says that it’s already been registered to someone else. Please help.

You need to go back to the retailer and get a new serial number or your money back. Somebody has screwed up, by the sounds of it…

Make sure you are inputting the correct serial number. IOW, make sure a ‘6’ isn’t really a ‘G’ or a ‘O’ isn’t really a ‘0’ (or vice versa).
