EZdrummer Lite Serial Code not working!?

I just bought an Alesis ControlPad, and it came with a slip of paper that had a serial code for EZdrummer Lite, and I went to the ‘My Products’ section and tried to register it by entering the code, but i tried multiple times and it said the code was wrong. Any help?

Hi,

for some reason, the codes included for EZ Lite for certain Alesis devices is not valid (not even in the correct ‘Toontrack format’). Alesis probably did a mix up when printing those slips of paper. As John said, please contact us through ‘About>Contact Shipping/Office’ l ink or through the Support Portal and we will straighten it out.
