EZDrummer LITE Serial already taken

Hi all,

A short while ago I bought a trigger to midi interface for my drumkit. When I entered the serial on the site, I got the error that my serial has already been taken by another account.

It’s a serial for EZDrummer LITE.

How do I fix this?
