I installed Presonus Studio One 2 Professional about a month ago. I thought I had installed and authorized the included SZD Lite Plus. It is installed but not authorized. It tells me its not authorized each time I attemp to use it.
To authorize, I need the serial number.
I’m supposed to be be able to find the serial number in the third party software list in my account at Presonus. EZDrummer Lite Plus does not appear on my list, but Native Inst. and Melodyne are there.
EZDLP is apparently installed. It does appear in the Studio One browser, just not authorized
When I attemp to use the “Support Portal”, a serial number is required.
I am not able authorize my software or contact support without a serail number. What can I do??
I do have EZD Lite (not Plus) on another computer. I’m afraid to use that S/N to get into the “Support Portal”, thinking it may cause confusion.

Did you really just post pictures of your serial numbers??

Here’s a link on the Studio One Forum that explains this; http://forums.presonus.com/posts/list/17676.page
And posting your product keys is probably not a very good idea, perhaps you should edit your post and remove it….

Brad-
Thanks for digging up that link. That answers my question, what a surprise.
It’s very recent – wow. I spent a lot of time digging, trying to figure it out.
I was really excited to finally get my EZD going. I’ve heard really good things about it.
Volition- ya, I guess I did. Thanks.

It would be helpful if the info from that link would be posted here, because apparently that link is no longer working, and I have the same problem.
