    Taking a look at your account I don’t see any Toontrack Products registered. That would be step one to be able to download your purchase.

    Please register your product first. Then you will be able to download, install, and authorize through the Toontrack Product Manager.

    If EZDRUMMER is having downloadand install issues on Mac Mojave . You can solve your problem by following these steps.

    1.Ensure stable internet.
    2.Check system requirements.
    3.Disable firewall and antivirus temporarily.
    4.Run installer as admin.
    5.Clear browser cache.
    6.Contact TOONTRACK support for assistance.
    7.Explore alternative download methods.

    hii….. according to my  experiences you can Despite uninstalling and reinstalling, downloads and updates remain unsuccessful. Have you checked compatibility with Mojave 10.14.6? Perhaps reaching out to the community or checking forums could offer solutions.
