Hello, I have been a toontrack customer for almost ten years. About five years ago, I got a new computer and stocked up on everything I thought I might need for recording. Shortly after I was called away to take care of my of a family member across the country and really didnt have the means to get all my things to BC.
I came back about 6 months ago, during my time away, my younger brother had used all of my recording gear and thus things were scattered everywhere.
As a result, I am missing serials for Ezdrummer and other software that has never been installed. I am very much wanting to begin recording asap but I cant use some of the VSTi software I purchased. I want to install it so I can then install the addons and so on.
I understand that there’s a lot of pirates out there looking for a free way through life and while Ill admit I once pirated a sonic maximizer plugin years ago, I have never stolen nor would I ever steal a toontrack product as I have too much respect for the company.
Help? I need a serial and I need an update!
I can’t find any products registered to a customer named ‘Tyler Grynd’. I should be able to find your account and those products you registered and used should be listed.
I’m thinking Toontrack will need a bit more than your word (other products registered to your account, copies of receipts, et al) before they just give out serial numbers.

You wont find that because thats not my full name and I didnt register the products, when I bought everything I was in the process of moving to a new house and had no internet or anything to activate anything. It SHOULD have been sitting in the box where I left it but my brother took all the discs and put them into a binder, the cases got tossed over the few years and now Im left with nothing. I dont even have the credit card I bought the stuff with anymore as it was too high a rate so I cut it and got a new one. Im not the best at keeping records. It seems I may have to buy a new copy here which kind of sucks.
Just forget it, I understand the situation doesnt look honest or promising so Im going to just buy it again rather than deal with the massive pain in the rear. Saw a great bundle on the bay. Thanks anyways.
