I bought EZdrummer yesterday at Guitar Center. I installed it and then went to toontrack.com to register it. After I typed in the code, exactly the way it was, this message popped up:
The product you are registering requires you to already have one of the following products registered:

EZdrummer® Lite CM
EZdrummer® Lite Edition
EZdrummer® Lite Gravis
EZdrummer® Lite IDG
EZdrummer® Lite KEYS
EZdrummer® Lite KORG
EZdrummer® Lite Lexicon
EZdrummer® Lite Luthman
EZdrummer® Lite M-Audio
EZdrummer® Lite Music Store Sauer

EZdrummer® Lite Sontronics
EZdrummer® Lite T+S
EZdrummer® Lite Tanager AW

What the hell am I supposed to do? I bought EZdrummer not Lite. I’m about to return it and get my money back if I can’t figure this out. No one from the company has emailed me back an I can’t find a phone number anywhere.
It looks like GC gave you an EZdrummer Lite to EZdrummer Full upgrade serial number. You can either contact GC for the correct serial number or contact Toontrack via toontrack.com and then click the About->Contact Shipping/Office.

I am getting pissed off.
I bought EZdrummer months ago, then went through hell to install and use it.
Now about every month I am prevented from using it because of DEMANDS for reauthorization.
HEY. @$%@#$%^&*ers. I bought the product. I am registers. I have a product that is authorized. I have not changed my computer, and my computer has the correct ID number.
BUT when I try to tell your ^%$#!@#$ dialogue box that I am a good user, by putting in my correct authorization number, I am told I cannot do it.
Ambiguously, sloppily, I MIGHT have been told in this intrusive dialogue box to go RE-REGISTER. Is that going to be necessary regularly?
Come on people. Customers are valuable. Don’t treat us like @#$%^#!!!!

Can you give some more details? System details? Are you installing and authorizing on a new computer? Registering and authorizing are 2 different things. Registering is for a new product that you just purchased. If you’re trying to “register” the product that is already in your account, you’ll get an error that it already is registered. Authorization is for licensing the product to your specific computer once it’s installed.
You currently have 2 authorized computers, from 2011 and 2016. If you’re trying to authorize on a new machine, you’ll need to first remove one of those 2 to authorize a new computer. Your license allows for only 2 machines to be authorized at one time.

cant authorize my core library on EzDrummer 3
How are you having trouble? Have you downloaded the Toontrack Product Manager and tried authorizing through there? Please provide more details about your trouble.
