Hello, I just bought Ezdrummer 3, the payment went through but I did not recieve an Email with the serial number.
The product didn’t automatically register to my account either.
I am assuming that support is not active on weekends, is there anyone who could help me with this?
First, please check your spam folder to see if the email ended up there.
We have been in contact with users who have the donotreply@toontrack.com address added to the blocked senders list in their email client. Mostly users that use the Outlook web client, see the Microsoft support guide (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/block-or-allow-junk-email-settings-48c9f6f7-2309-4f95-9a4d-de987e880e46).
Your email client may have a similar block list, make sure that donotreply@toontrack.com is not marked as spam.
