Hi,
I’ve bought an extarnal audio card with a recording software included, Sonar X1 LE. During the instalation of Ezdrummer2, I changed and redirected the path of the Vst plugin and redirected the path to point the vst plugin folder of the soud card.
I can’t see or add the ezdrummer2.dll in the plugin list of the recording software.
Is it the Ezdrummer2 is not compatible with Sonar X1 LE?
Is that version of Sonar a 32-bit or 64-bit version? Have you installed the correct version of EZD 2 (32-bit version if you’re using 32-bit Sonar)?

In fact, Sonar is 32 bit and I installed EZD2 in 64 bit. So, I uninstalled EZD2, then reinstalled it in 32 bit. I can finally see the EZD .dll file with Sonar’s VST plug in menu, but surprisingly, when I launch EZD2, there’s a warning message indicating that I don’t use the latest version installed…? It shows the path to use, which is actually the same path where the .exe is.
I unstalled again, and tried everything I know, but impossible to run EZD2 again..The same warning message still appears.
Do you have a solution for this?
Thanks
Hi,
please run a Search on your system for ‘ezdrummer.dll’ and delete any entries that show up.
Then, please re-install the full product and then apply the 2.0.2 update.
Then launch the standalone to check that it operates correctly before closing it and open Sonar.

Oh yes , I just applied the update and it’s working now!
Thanks a lot for your help
