Hi there, I have recently reset my Mac and now, after installed everything again, apparently there are some problems whit the Alt-Rock EZX. So now I have a message on my EZDRUMMER2 saying: “the Alt-Rock sound library is not working correctly, please install the last update.” Although at my Product Manager page says that there is nothing to be updated. Can somebody help me, please? Thanks.
Hi,
I hope you mean that you are using the Product Manager application and not the web page?
Anyways, start the Product Manager app and navigate to the Alt-Rock product.
Click ‘Show Details’ and then the grey ‘Download’ button to download and run the installer again.
If the problem persists, please write back here.

I was able now to uninstall it. Now I am installing it again. I will let you know once is done.
