Ezdrummer 2, Alt-Rock EZX update problem

    Hi,

    I hope you mean that you are using the Product Manager application and not the web page?

    Anyways, start the Product Manager app and navigate to the Alt-Rock product.
    Click ‘Show Details’ and then the grey ‘Download’ button to download and run the installer again.

    If the problem persists, please write back here.

    I was able now to uninstall it. Now I am installing it again. I will let you know once is done.

    Is it possible for you to make a screen shot of your EZdrummer 2 screen when you get that error message and post the image here?

    Resolved. So I download it again and still was not working but know I was able to uninstall it. After uninstall it I have install it again and it is working.
