Do I get to keep and use EZD2 alongside SD2 if I do the current $99.00 crossgrade promotion? If not, what about the kits I’ve purchased for EZD2? Thanks.

Yes. EZD2 and S2 can be installed at the same time. EZXs and MIDI will show in library browser and MIDI browser.
