I’m wondering whether there is any place on the ToonTrack website where there is a fairly complete description of the content of the Songwriter MIDI packs. I know that they collectively contain a ton of files, but I’m wondering what genres are covered.
In addition to the default libraries I own several three other EZX (Latin, Reggae, and Hip-Hop) and eight MIDI packs (Americana, Backbeats, Ballads, Basic Rock, Basic Rock 2, Blues, Jazz, and Reggae Beats).
I want to make sure I’m not buying any (or at least very few) redundancies.
I don’t if this will help or maybe you are already aware of this feature..
When I want to check out any of the midi packs before I buy them I go to the search tab in EZ Drummer, turn on Show Web Shop Midi and filter by library name. Then I can audition the files and decide if the pack is of any value.

Wow – I’m new to EZD2 and I never thought of this. I’ve been listening to the midi pack samples at the website and have bout a 6 pack, but this is much better – thanks! Doug

Allen, Thanks so much for sharing this info: I had no idea. I noticed the Web MIDI shop link a couple of times but never even clicked it because I thought it was just a link to regular web store.
Will have to check this out before I buy anything else.
