David GeorgeI am a big fan of setting up separate tracks for each instrument (using multichannel in the EZD2 mixer and sending to aux input tracks in my DAW).
Sometimes the default assignments seems a little weird. For example, I was using a Latin Percussion EZX kit and the timbale, cajon, udu. and FX were all assigned to same channel. Any reason for that? I separated them and everything seems fine, but I just wonder why the default would use the same channel when there are plenty (separating everything I still have open channels).
