EZD bought as part of Drum Fundamentals: Rock on 29 April – no EZD 2 upgrade in My Products

hi,

Bought EZD as part of Drum Fundamentals: Rock on 29 April from Time + Space on basis would get free upgrade – no EZD 2 upgrade in My Products which is what all the answers to simliar qustions state there should be – what else do I have to do?

I’m in a similar boat as riffshack, except mine is the Drum Fundamentals: Metal pack. I do not see an EZD 2 upgrade in My Products, either.

why not? Never saw any document explaining upgrade policy. it was anounced that ezdrummer1 users would get a free upgrade.

Yes, all current EZXs will still work with EZdrummer 1. All new EZXs from today and on will only work with EZdrummer 2.
