EZD 2 not working with PTs or stand alone

On a power Mac early 2008 os 10.11.6 MOTU MKII as interface PT 12.5.1

was working perfectly with the system… now nothing from EZ Drummer 2.. will not launch in stand alone either
the MOTU is working for iTunes and other computer audio including PT
PT seems to be operating normally except won’t load EZD 2.
from the product manager looks like EXD is install as properly as possible.
just recently added a kit product, installed and it worked fine.

not sure if I should try a reinstall..and then the update or not

please start with downloading the 2.1.4 update again and reinstall it.
