I sometimes have a MIDI drum clip on a track in my DAW that I want to use with EZbass. But I cannot drag the clip from the DAW track in to MIDI Drop Zone in EZbass. I understand this is a limitation. I know I can export the MIDI drum clip as a file, and then import it into EZbass. But that is not the workflow I’m interested in.
I’d like to copy a drum MIDI clip from a track in my DAW (likely by right clicking the MIDI clip and chosing Copy from my DAW). And then paste it into the MIDI Drop Zone (likely by right clicking on the MIDI Drop Zone and choosing Paste. Can you make this possible in a future update to EZbass?
Some DAWs do not allow to drag/drop or copy/paste from the host to a plug-in. This is a limitation set in the DAW and not the plug-in.
