EZ Way to Install EZX PACK Offline?

Hi,

Just bought ezdrummer2, it’s great!

However the EZX ROCK! Pack will not install. I get the “config error could not read installer config file” error. My mac is offline. I’ve seen  the posts where the Product Manager is suppose to resolve it, however it looks like I need to be online in order for it to work properly, it won’t run unless I’m online. How can I install the EZX ROCK pack with a computer offline?

I can get online, but that means lugging my iMac (OS 12.6 Sierra) to work or the library, which is a pain. Just thought I’d ask if there’s a workaround first.

Hi,

did you try downloading your products via the Product Manager on an online computer and transfer the downloaded files? Or did you download via the web interface?

If the latter, please try via the PM and transfer to your offline computer. If that doesn’t work, please contact the Toontrack Support directly via any of the FAQ pages.
