EZ Player Pro sync Issues with Logic 9.1

I bought EZ Player Pro so I could use this great tool to record guitar & piano ideas into Logic 9, and then use EZ Player Pro to sync to my riff and audition lots of mid drum files with EZ drummer…. and find/build a great groove.

Well, it seems EZ Player Pro will NOT sync with the Arrange page in Logic at all.
I have tried so all settings etc, and have talked with Toontrack support. They told me last time “this might be an issue”… and that I’d have to wait until version 1.0.7 came out. Now this new version is out and it STILL does not seem to sync.

I have seen this work on a friend’s system using Cubase, so I’m not sure why it won’t work in Logic 9?

It does not even get listed in the “Known Issues”. I wish Toontrack would communicate with me on this issue so I know if I should get my money back, or if they will indeed fix this or let me know how to work around it.

We take your point about the FAQ and have remedied the situation this afternoon, documenting most issues known and intended to be fixed ASAP.

It was our intention to try to improve the syncing to bar in the recently released 1.0.7, not only for Logic users but others as well, but ultimately our goal was to offer a Mac-64 bit version before year end and we had to postpone some of the trickier bugfixes originally penciled in.

Rest assured that what was not possible to fix as part of 1.0.7, and sadly a couple of new bugs introduced in this version, are being worked on as we speak. We will be trying to release a new version as early in the new year as possible. I will keep you updating about problem as far as I’m able to in the next few weeks, so you know exactly where you stand.

Just for the record, I have also found this to consistently be an issue in Pro Tools 9.0 on OSX
