EZ MIX for mic recorded instruments

Hey everyone! I’m debating on buying EZ MIX so I wanted to know if EZ MIX is good to mix instruments that where professionally recorded in a studio (Vocals, guitars, bass and full drum kit). Me and my band won a free recording session in a music recording school (to practice the students) but we are not happy with the mix we received so I wanted to use EZ mix on the ” raw multi-track recording file” to make our recording sound better. Will this be possible with EZ MIX, or should I simply send it to a good music producer? I’m asking because from what I see online, EZ MIX is used more for home studios with guitars directly recorded in sound cards and midi drum tracks.

Like everything else in pro audio, the quality of the mix outcome is based on the ability of the engineer not on the gear used (hardware, plugins, et al). Can you get a pro result with EZmix2? Of course. But it’s down to the ability of the person mixing.
