It’s in the topic title. Have tried many times to install the trial. The installation process has no errors, and provides no options.
Running Windows 11.
The app shows and I can launch. I can also launch it as an Instrument in Presonus Studio One Artist V6.
But upon launch I am stopped by a prompt, summary “No Libraries Found”. Have tried to understand what goes in Documents vs Program Files (x86) / Common Files, etc. but it doesn’t look like a simple matter of re-homing something – I don’t see any folder that has any substantial files…
I really am interested in buying, but I can’t possibly without a trial first, and this is getting frustrating. Would appreciate some help.
As far as the customer service process, I am getting more frustrated.
I found some similar entries but they are “locked” and say I need to purchase the product first. How can I if…I can’t until I’ve tried a trial?
And then, there is no online “Chat” bot to get to customer service. And I don’t see, in the end, any actual phone number to call for what I assume will be a simple issue or mistake on my part. Instead I had to figure out how to get to a Forum (the right one?) and make this (public?) entry. This has been a lot of work. I’d appreciate someone reaching out to help me quickly.
I have pics that should make it clear, attaching whatever I can.

Thanked by: SpaceCowboy33Hey, we can see that we have replied to your Support Ticket. If anyone else gets the same issue, please note that you need to also download the 15GB EZD3 Core Library trial and install that for any libraries to show up in EZdrummer 3 (unless you have EZXs from before that are already installed).

Thanked by: Ozzzz and Scott EshlemanAllot of people having the same problem and no solution can be seen. How utterly stupid to have a free trial download and it doesn’t even work without these mysterious library files. You would think a quick google search would produce an easy answer, but nope – look at this dead-end thread. So my free trial starts today and I can’t use it. I think I saw a message board that said if I unplug my refrigerator and make myself system administrator of my Windows 98 product, then cross reference that to Windows 11 by partitioning my drive and running Windows 11 and Windows 98 in tandem with an HTML link and copy the folders into a flash drive, then cast those folders from my flash drive to the navigation system on my Tesla rear seat monitor, then perhaps the fucking program will open and run with limited capabilites.
Hi everyone, I just installed EZdrummer 3, and just created my account like 10 mins ago. And when I try to activate the trial, for some reason it tells me that it is not authorized on this computer, and I literally got this computer like 1 week ago. What can I do?
