    Hi,

the distribution of physical media has been discontinued but I suggest you drop a line directly to Toontrack by going to:
    http://www.toontrack.com/faq/my-issue-is-not-covered-in-this-faq-what-next/
and click the ‘Contact Support’ button.

    BR,
    John

Thanks for your answer, but I can’t contact the toontrack support if I don’t own a toontrack product with a serial number.

Then my best bet would be checking, Amazon.com, eBay, etc. or your local music store if they have any physical copies left.

    Thanks for Answer
    I tried it yet.
In Europe there is many places with no (or bad) web connection but we don’t exist for American people.
    It’s a shame.
We are also able to create music (Bach,Mozart,Beethoven,Django Reinhardt,Hans Zimmer………….)
(Omnisphere for example is available on usb drive)

    Toontrack is a Swedish company.

    …and Omnisphere is 64GB.

    As John suggests above,
Amazon still has stores with many Toontrack titles available as ‘boxed’ physical media, including EZDrummer expansions.

    With kind regards.

Thanks very much for your help (and patience!).
Is “boxed” means on DVD support?
I find sounds for EZ drummer “boxed” but not the soft.
My idea is to load EZdrummer2 in a friend’s house with a good web connection.

    Hi,

yes, “boxed” usually means that you buy a box with some kind of physical media in it.

If you have the possibility to download the software at your friend’s house, it seems the easiest solution for you.
Please read through this FAQ for info on how you can download via the Product Manager on an online computer for use on an offline computer.

    BR,
    John
