Ez Drummer Lite and Solo Install

Hello.

I recently purchased a korg nanopad and downloaded the free EZ drummer lite product and registered the product. With the download I also downloaded the solo program but can not use it because it keeps asking me for a serial number. Never received a serial number for the “solo’. the only serial number was for the ez drummer lite.

How do you install ez drummer lite and solo???? This is very frustrating! Why is this so complicated???

Also< i have two notebook computers. One i use fo downloading on the internet and the other I keep off the internet so it won't get corrupted> I use this notebook for my DJ performance. I downloaded the file than copied the file and installed the ez drummer lite with the solo on the performance notebook.

I am very frustrated in getting this setup on the PC to work with the nanopad. I haven’t gotten one sound out of the software. I don;t know if i have a defective devise or the software is causing the problem.

I have downloaded and installed hundreds of software programs but have never encountered this much difficulty.

iS THERE A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO GET THIS SOFTWARE TO INSTALL ANDWORK????

Hi Chuck,

Toontrack Solo requires no serial, so I’m guessing you are referring to EZ Lite asking to be authorized while used in Toontrack Solo.

The authorization process is shown in detail in this video:

Here is also a step by step instruction:
• launch software in Toontrack solo (latest version found via the Free Downloads section) or your host on the same machine/configuration as you intend to authorize use on
• upon launch, a screen comes up saying ‘…not authorized…’
• please copy the Computer ID displayed in this screen
• log in to your original account account (where your product is registered)
• go to My Products and select the correct product in the menu on your right
• paste Computer ID, enter a short description (anything, i.e My Computer), and hit ‘Authorize’
• copy the authorization code and paste it back into the screen in the software.

Done and done! Please note that the computer ID will be different from computer to computer, so you will need to authorize twice since the authorization code is unique for each computer ID

Good day, I have the same problem, I can not get the authorization code. I followed the steps down to “my products” but when I select it, I get “You have not registered products. Let’s change that! :)” And asks me to register the product.
I bought it at Toontrack buying the usb audiobox that came with the Studio One Artist 2 I do not get the codes or the Toontrack EZdrummer Lite plus, neither of which are native instrument that came with the Studio One ARTIST2.
