EZ drummer expansion pack disappeared

Good morning,
I bought Ez drummer2 and downloaded the program, in the pack were included two free expansion packs. I downloaded just one and during few days was still ready to download the second one, bat now is disappeared… How can I get it?

I’m not sure what pack that would be. I see in your account that you have the EZdrummer 2 + one free expansion promo and that you selected the Pop/Rock EZX.

EZD2 comes with 2 libraries (Modern and Vintage) plus your Pop/Rock EZX. You should have 3 libraries in your Library Menu.

There was TWO free expansions with the promo, I downloaded just one because I wasn’t already sure witch one to choose. Two days ago I wanted to download the second one but It was disappeared from that list

Do you have a link to the promo? The promo code in your account states EZD2 + ONE free EZX. Was this from the Toontrack webshop or some other site?

I bought at Thomann online (box), I can give You the serial of my product. I don’t have the link to the promo, but I was seeing in product manager ther was two free expasnsion packs. Also here in the site (nex to the icon “cart”) there was a little red circle with n.2 , since i downloaded the first pack it remained n”1″ (for some days). Now is disappeared in both (the site and product manager)…

I don’t know what else to tell you. If that retailer had some sort of special promo, you’ll need to contact them about it. As far as your account is concerned, you registered your EZD2 + 1 free EZX promo serial number and downloaded EZD2 and one EZX.
