i have recently bought EZ Drummer 2 in a box from a retailer thinking that it would contain a installer disc only to find a box container a number for a download. This is after I informed the retailer I would not be able to download a file of this size but nobodies interested these days it seems. Anyway I gave it try (twice) and ended up with a corrupted file which the patch couldn’t fix. So after contacting support and explaining all this which they didn’t take a blind bit of interest in what I wrote they finally said that I could download this file on another computer which had access to Hi-speed internet, put the file on a data disc or thumb drive and then load onto my computer. My question is if this is possible why can’t you guys load a file onto a data disc and send it to me. How difficult could that be. I’ll even pay for the postage.
Hi Mike,
I believe that support has contacted you privately regarding this matter.
