I purchased this yesterday and had no problem with installation on a desktop iMac. Next, I wanted to install it on a Macbook Air. I was able to download the file from Toontrack, but when I began the installation process by trying to open the disk image, my Finder froze – i.e., beach ball turning endlessly, and “Finder not responding”. I am using a late 2010 Macbook Air running OSX 10.9.2 with 4 GB RAM and 25 GB of flash drive available. Any suggestions? I posted to customer support but who knows when I’ll hear back. Thanks.
it is almost certain your download is corrupt. I’m afraid that there is not much solution besides downloading a fresh copy.
