Hi, I have Windows 10, Studio One Host. Installed EZ Drummer 1. No errors on install. .dll in folder. Pointed Studio One to the vst folder but, does not show up. Help?!? Thanks.
@Zook:
EZdrummer 1 is only supported up to Windows 8, which makes it a bit hard to troubleshoot.
The first question is if you installed the 1.4.0. update and both 32-bit and 64-bit versions?
Is Studio One trying to load the correct version, i.e. if Studio One is a 64-bit host, is it pointed to load the 64-bit version of EZdrummer 1?
@Ari_12:
You will have to elaborate on that. OS, host, etc.

I just downloaded EZ Drummer 1 using Windows 10 and Tracktion. I see the vst folder the .dll file is in and the DAW won’t recognize it. Thoughts?
Thanks,
Albert
Well, it is an unsupported environment but first thing to check would be if it works in standalone, in Toontrack solo.
If it works there, make sure you have run the last update and that you are pointing Tracktion to the correct bit version, e.g. the 64-bit .dll if you are running Tracktion 64-bit.
You haven’t manually copied or moved the .dll file post install, right?

Zook,
I went through the same gyrations.
Go to “Products” and select “Toontracks software tools.”
Down-load Toontrack Solo
Open it up and you’ll see your EZD1.
As John said in the preceding post this is a starting point to trouble shoot.
I use Ableton Live. In order for the vst to load EZD the Solo has to be open.
Good luck
