EXIMIX RAGGAE PACK INSTALLATION

Hello I’ve recently bought the EZMIX RAGGAE pack and tried installing on my MAC but getting an error message to upgrade the software first.
Questions:
1. What software is it refferring to?
2. And where do I find / get this software upgrade.
